Wow it's been a long time!!

It has been a long time since I blogged on here!! We have been super busy; we moved into our new house in December, Saydee turned one in January, Hadlee three in February and we had all sorts of parties to celebrate. These are pictures from Tater's first birthday and a really cute shot of the girls being STARS!!!

Saydee's Baptism

Great Bumpa Don and Saydee

Bumpa John attempting to feed Saydee:)

Saydee Ann was baptized last night (the 12th) at our church. We had lots of family there to help us celebrate our precious little one. We had a bbq at our house afterward, and enjoyed the company. My dad attempted to feed Saydee (pretty funny if you ask me) I think there was more food on her than in her:) (thanks Dad). My grandpa Don thinks the world of his great granddaughters and takes every opportunity to cuddle and hold them, as long as they are willing to hold still.

Party at the Park

I'll get it!!

Everyone look!

We celebrated Jake and Kim's birthday labor day weekend at the park in Alliance. It is hard to believe that Kim is a Senior and Jake a Junior. The girls had a great time, especially Hadlee. She loved playing football with Aunt Kim and Uncle Zach. She loved catching it, but really loved running to get it and playing keep away from them.

Our Moo Cow

The girls love to crawl all over Moo (as Hadlee named her). Moo is a big stuffed Holstein cow and they just have a blast playing with her. I couldn't resist taking a few photos, they are both in their jammies. Hadlee has learned most of her ABC's (a-j and s-z, the others get a little lost in song.) She is also counting to ten and her favorite things to do are go with Daddy in the tractor and help Mommy cook. She is absolutely in love with Elmo right now. Saydee is crawling and going all over the place, she is pulling herself up in her crib and walking when we hold her hands. They grow up too fast. Saydee's favorite game is peek a boo (best played by big sissy and sissy can make her laugh so hard, it is really cute) and her favorite book is Good Night Moon.

At Riverside Zoo

I love the Eagle Nest!

The Zoo is a good place for a nap!

We have a great little zoo locally and we like to go as often as possible. It is Hadlee's favorite place. Aunt Julie and I took the girls last Sunday; as you can see Saydee enjoyed a nice nap. Hadlee is standing in a Eagle's nest that they have recreated. We all had a great time and the slept like angels that night! Fresh air is a wonderful thing!

I'm Crawling

Saydee started crawling yesterday! Erik and I were both home when it happened and I even managed to capture it on video. I am not sure how to download from my video camera yet, so I will just add a cute picture of Saydee crawling.

Going Irrigating!

Summer is quickly winding down, I go back to work in a week and the girls head off to Katherine's and Grandma's. We have had a great summer and a busy one. The pictures here are brand new. The top one is of Hadlee all ready to go irrigating with Daddy (she even has her own pink shovel.) The next one is of Saydee, I really want her to start crawling before I go back to work. The third photo is of Erik and Hadlee all ready to go. Finally the last one is of all of us at Julie and Tim's wedding reception (July 26). Hadlee likes to cheese it up for the camera, it makes it difficult to get a good picture.
